Buyers and renters can narrow thousands of listings down to the handful that matter using detailed filters for location, price, and property type, then lean on high-quality photography and thorough descriptions to shortlist without needing to visit in person. On the other side of the platform, agents and landlords get a dedicated portal to list, manage, and showcase properties across both the rentals and sales marketplace, all wrapped in a fully responsive experience that performs just as well on a phone at a viewing as it does at a desk.

A Vue3 front end keeps search and filtering feeling instant even as listings grow, while a Python service layer handles the data processing behind advanced filters, matching, and property information at scale. Figma was used to prototype the search and listing experience before development began, ensuring the interface for both property seekers and the agents managing listings was validated early, and the resulting platform performs reliably whether it's serving a first-time renter or a seasoned buyer running dozens of searches.
